Announces Strategic Alliance with UB-Port, Inc. to Cross License and Market Proprietary Video Player and Videoconferencing Technology in Asia, Taiwan and Latin America BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 23, 2002-- Telecommunications Products, Inc. (OTCBB:TCPD - News) -- a technological development company - today announced a strategic alliance with UB-Port, Inc., a set top box manufacturer, to market it's video on demand and videoconferencing technology. Telpro has entered into a licensing and marketing agreement to be integrated into UB-Port's proprietary set top box device giving the Company marketing alliances in Asia, Taiwan and Latin America.
