Rich, the deal won't be finalized either way until after the shareholders vote in mid-late 2002. However, I just bought into AMGN today after listening to the C.C. AMGN obviously did their homework and did a very good job.

With such upside for Enbrel (400%+increase over the next 3 years) and no more that probably 5% dilution of AMGN earnings next year, the recent 15-20% drop in AMGN shares in the last few days seems unwarranted.
