Jay, good call on PNRL indeed. I saw a news posting which stated PNRL holders will receive a share of Access Beyond and "$10 in BAY stock" for each share of PNRL. I assume you're actually going to receive some fixed fraction of BAY (maybe appx 0.4 share of BAY for each 1.0 of PNRL). Could you confirm this as accurate & let me know the particulars there? Congrats again Mike
