There is an active Adelphia discussion going on at CBS Marketwatch cbs.marketwatch.com I don't know if you need an account (free) to access, since I have one. People over there estimate that Adelphia needs a sale price of $20.6 billion to cover debts and preferred shareholders. Anything over that is for the common holders. So, any bid over $3,962/subscriber puts money in the shareholders' pockets. This is my last post here. Good luck.
