Its risky, but could make a lot of $$$, what do you think?

BALA CYNWYD, Pa. (Dow Jones)--Holly Products Inc. (HOPR) closed on its $5 million
financing package.

In a press release, Holly Products said it believes that the funds from this financing are sufficient to
allow it to emerge from bankruptcy ''in relative short order.''

As reported, the court gave Country World Casinos Inc. (CWRC) until June 17 to close on the
financing and resolve all disputes concerning prior secured and unsecured debt.

As part of the closing, the first deed of trust for the Casino property was paid in full securing title
to the property as defined in the order.

Holly Products, Bala Cynwyd, Pa., owns Navtech Industries Inc., which makes and tests
electronic components for casino equipment, hotel equipment and signage; and Country World
Casinos, which is a development corporation whose plan is to construct a casino in Black Hawk,
Colo., as well as a hotel complex.
