Well - considering that they are trading at three times 98 cashflow, and that they are probably going to increase cashflow by 20 - 30 percent for 99, this stock is incredibly undervalued. They now have 4,000 rental units and this IMHO make them a possible target. The shareholder package just strings out any offer that might come and give the company a chance to react.
