Hi Al: No sooner back from vacation, you're back into GTTIF!!! Al, I am really in awe on your recall of company facts and information. I, too, was surprised by the statement that the company might not have the necessary capital to settle the last lawsuit, in California. Your "pro" and "con" approach makes sense regarding the repurchasing of the debentures, rather than stock. Wow, the picture seems more "cloudy" than at any other time, during which I've held the stock. Well, as you indicated, the next two months are going to be very critical!!!!!! PLEASE, PLEASE no reverse-split!!!!!! Thank you for your prompt and indepth response!!!!!!!! Doug
