DVDW-looks like a growth story at SNIC. Technology is one area I tend to shy away for takeouts. It changes to fast, so todays boom might become tomorrows bust. Looks like a good short squeeze trading play though. The Microsoft deal could be future sales volume. IMO-One mill. recent offering at $ 8.50 could put pressure on if expectations fall short.

I saw what happened at IGEN. I follow the BIO and supplies market fairly regular. Most recently made a few $ on JJ low ball DDDP bid. My first takeouts back in the early 80's were concentrated in this area. Metpath, New England Nuclear, Kallstad Labs, Hazelton Labs, Biomedical Reference Labs, and Damon. Clinical Lab testing was buyout city back then. Quest is what's left of the Corning spin off.
