If you want to look at some old info for ONPT (formerly LOTO) here is a site.http://www.sddt.com/corpprofiles/corp96/LOTTERY/ This page is at least a year old and hasn't been updated. But you can get an idea of what caused this stock to drop. 293,200 shrs so far, very close to record. 300,000 will break it.
