Kevin - Re: "You could buy a K6-3 450 MHz with 2 MB l2 on board, but in order to match the performance you'd need a PIII-500" That assumes you could get a 450 MHz K6-3. Look for the Pentium III to outsell the K6-3 -- going away. That's been the history of the AMD/Intel struggle. Logic indicates that it will continue that way. Paul
