Thank you, Malcolm. Iraq has no influence on oil market any more. They are a small country, 5 million people; hasn't much resources to boot. OIL field has been depleted years ago; but still has some residue condensations from the core of the earth, each year.

Global investments from America wealth can be shifting too swiftly, causing some uncomfortable retrenchment around the world if we pull our investments back at any time. Currently, European markets are receiving most of our money, breaking new highs each day as it were. Asian markets are also receiving some of our 401k money as well. American bond market tried to attract more foreign investment during the Asian crisis to no avail. Asians except for Japanese have few rich men to transfer their holdings to America. Japanese government has all the dollars that they earned selling us cars. That caused Dow to be behind the curve having to struggle to attract investments( going up every day ). Eventually it will broaden to the small stocks. But the small stocks are too cheap to be worthy of investment by big mutual funds or pension funds, where all the big monies are going.

On the other hand, some of the turn around companies which has a program of earning and growth for the next 5 years, may be the big caps of tomorrow. It will take time to convince investors. Yet, how many good turn arounds are there, that you can be sure for the next 5 years. We may have one in SEMI. Stockholders have to nurture and encourage the management and set them on a course to big cap destiny.

Seasonal market timing trend is first peak on March 15, then second peak around May 15. In between the April 15 tax reporting event will cause some pull back.
