Hi Scott,
VTSS is growing nicely, but earnings may not be keeping up. Won't know for a while yet. Price to Book Value got a bit out of whack for a while but has settled back to something more Rationally Exuberant. In the run from $4.625 to over $50 I managed to sell off about 80% of my position. Now it's about time to turn some of those greenbacks back into shares. I'd love to get $18, but the market or the company is gonna have to get a bit uglier.
