Elizabeth, I missed that while doing my yard work, but that whole premise goes along with what I have been saying. LU has to do something drastic to just get their balance sheet in order. Already in the past year, they have spun of Avaya - and last week, spun out Agere. The Agere deal was enough to provide them a short term boost in eliminating debt - but didn't solve their long term problems. They will likely have to sell something else off just to survive. What they can sell and for how much is a matter of speculation that I won't get in. But its not a good sign when any investor places their hope in a company who has to sell off parts of itself in order to survive
