Chic, re: Bear on the cover. As Ron Insana mentioned yesterday before the final blow of the bull run, a bull appeared on the covers frequently over several weeks. I don't think this bear is ready to hibernate just yet. Perhaps some individual issues are close to bottoming. But it ain't over by a long shot. But just to play it safe, I've closed out my shorts in the NAZ. Currently short IBM and 3M. I'm short on both from $115 and going to try to ride out any run.
