Where the heck you got the spin 'post-split?' from. On the day form 144 was filed, it indicated 4 mil shares. The split did not occurr yet. In the tradition of the rabid-bulls who would like to demand for the source every single time they 'just' see a fact, show us your sources. After all, it has to work two ways.
