I haven't heard a single policy from Obama yet. Okay he's for unity of races. No wonder. He is the champion of the growing mixed race segment of society which both sides can like. Tiger Woods, Obama, Derek Jeter, Harold Ford, The Rock, etc.
They are very representative heros. But for the top job? I am saying the country as a whole is not ready. It was only a decde ago Tiger could even play at the Riveria. If we want to take 40 states from McCain or Romney, the way to do is with something like Kerry-Edwards, though the actual names could be different. Maybe even Gore-Obama. You never know.
I saw a poll on TV, not very meaningful, but 37% Hillary, 18% Obama, 13% Edwards, 11% Kerry - but the only one you could actually see as commander in chief is Kerry. I say Hillary is going to fail. Despite the assumptions. And Edwards and Obama are still experience-lite. Enter Gore? |
