We are in the bubble of epic proportions and the economic pain will be epic as well.

For many people the pain has started already, just ask anybody that spends 40-50% of income on a mortgage payment, or a retiree that has lost half his savings due to 50% inflation in the last 3-4 years, while at the same time having his income drop due to interest rate cuts while expenses went through the roof.
( if you feel that inflation is 3% then we will never agree and you will never reach the same conclusions )
