Ocean Rig closed up 61% today. I am hearing its due to some propaganda in a newspaper article in Oslo. Ocean Rig is apparently going out to raise more money and I guess a "story" has to be built up in order to do so. My source said the things going on (re the propaganda) would be "illegal in the U.S."...whatever that means. big
