: Good news for traders. According to the Wall Street Journal, online discount broker in talks about establishing an Electronic Communications Network (ECN). Also mentions that Datek has approached several online brokers about signing up for its ECN, "Island." ECNs allow NASDAQ buy and sell orders to be matched up, similar to NYSE trades. EGRP shares flat in pre-market.
