Have I mentioned that Morgan Stanley are idiots. This morning, they raised their price targets on POT and MOS to $120 and $85 respectively and from under weight to equal weight. Let me see.......POT is currently trading at $138 and MOS at $93. How does MS's action this AM make any sense?
