I got her talked into the fact that the pineapples were tropical, the dark cherry wood was like that of a boat and that it all ties in. It worked.....for now! She was watching Trading Spaces and saw where they built a kids bed from half a car and wondered if we would bring in an old boat and do the same for her. I haven't told her father that idea yet. It's really a cute idea!
