The old board is dead and buried. This is a new company. Deal today with DELL. The insiders of this company were not able to buy shares until their own lock-up ended. That ended when they made the last Q report. This simply is NOT the same company as before. The debt is retired and the company is cash flow positive! Today was just one more piece in an ever growing puzzle. This stock is still near a 52 week low so you are insulated from the market downdrafts. Sit back and let the market come to you. It will.
