Dear Scott:
A large nationally recognized food company asked Bettencourt & Co,now known as Privelege Enterprises Ltd.,to put together a program involving the Priviledge Card and supermarket chains throughout the U.S.A.to help them regain market share that they lost in 1996.The program is expected to be announced in mid to late January.
It will have a major impact on our earnings in the fiscal year beginning April 1,1997.
