Hi Eric! Just to let you know the way these boards work... nobody
needs to substantiate anything they say... ;-) At least after a while
you start to think so...

Since you work for PWEB I was going to email you some suggestions but
you don't have an email address posted, so I'll list them here...

First, set up a "demo" account for potential investors/customers to
play around with Visual Webtools. I don't know if this is completely
feasible, but if it is it would give everyone a chance to see the
technology first hand.

Second, the investors packet needs some work... when you have the
financials for the 1st quarter you need to include them. One of the
things penny stocks do that really gets them in trouble with investors
is to make grandiose claims without any supporting info... for
example, the sales projections are fine and dandy, but we need a way
to decide for ourselves if this is possible... ie: what kind of margins
do you expect to see from sales? How many units are included in the
projections? Why do you think you can sell that many units in the
projection period? We know that the numbers are projections, just
make sure that we have a knowledge of the assumptions you are making
when you do the projections so we can judge them accurately.
On a related note, the investor packet gives projected EPS based on
gross revenues... that looks really bad since EPS is always done on
net income and not on the gross. Little things like this really
have an impact on potential investors.

Finally, it is critical that PWEB either becomes a fully reporting
company or makes application for a full NASDAQ listing before June
of 2000. If not you will be booted off the quote servers. If PWEB
goes to the pink sheets you won't be able to fill a room with the
people who will be willing to own this stock.

Anyway, I think you have a great concept and a company with really
good potential. I also appreciate your presence here to answer
questions about your products. The only place I see a real failing
right now with PWEB is in the promotion, and in investor relations.
If these two areas don't have their act together you will get a
reputation around the internet that will be very hard to overcome...
and you will lose one of the greatest sources of free promotion.
When people call your IR guy, they really need to talk to someone
who understands fiancial matters as well as your business... I've
been reading posts around SI where people have called your IR guy
and felt like he didn't even know what a financial statement was...

If there is anything I can do to help please feel free to contact me.
On-line investors will bend over backwards to help and offer suggestions
if they feel the company is open to it.
