Re Don Hays ...I saw some of that debate ... inbetween entertaining my 5 year old. Didn't he indicate that if the indexes did reach his targets then that would be the top ... and there would be a significant decline from that level ?. Just watching his body language .. he didn't look too comfortable to me when he was being positive on his targets... but I did only have one eye on him !!.
