Zeev - All true, my thoughts are more along the lines of their new products. They actually have some Maxim, ADI, Dallas knockoff parts that are far superior performance wise.Similar to Linear Tech. in the startup days when they clonned the NSC and TI parts but improved all of them. To me that makes those products very attractive for a buy out. Much easier to market from a known name than from IMP.
