CBO2SD. Hey, won't guess what that alias means. :) Anyway, I don't see any short covering since there's not a hint that there is going to be any information forthcoming from barclays, evercore or the board. I'm not seeing any rumors that a sale is evident and I'm beginning to wonder if there will be a sale at all. Maybe like etrade, they may discontinue the SA for lack of interest. Maybe the interest on a buyout is there, buy if so, it certainly seems a tight lid has been put on any informational outlet. I just can't think that if a sale is imminent that leaks would be all over the place by not.... but not a hint. Meanwhile the S/P continues to decline and imo will continue to do so as long as there's no informational catylyst. Google and Apple are either quite content with thier patent holdings, they are savy fakers or the patent war is over. For my part, I'm hoping for a sale very soon, but may have to be satisfied with a business as usual announcement in the near future. mo.. nic
