Venezuela:. It seems strange that 2 days after Iraq turns the spigot off Venezuela turns their pipes wide open.
It wouldn't seem strange if you had been following the recent confrontation between the Labor Unions, Catholic Church and Business Community vs Chavez and his minions. The cutoff of Venezuelan oil of recent days wasn't directly caused by Chavez. There was a general strike against him. Do your homework before inventing conspiracy theories. Sometimes favorable events happen. Not everything surprising is negative.
