My bearish percent is higher than it has been since March 12 of 2003, so it seems that our numbers, which measure the market quite differently, are speaking a similar language.

I'm thinking that I won't be buying anything for the bounce, but that I'll use the bounce to take more off the table. I'm still crunching the numbers for bullish %, but the end result of those calculations will be unimportant.
