A new license deal including LA, SF and other major and minor metros
could easily have taken a 2 million shareholder over 15% which I presume you cited as it is poison pill level. However, as it takes 2 to
tango a new ART-Commco deal would involve them waltzing together and not acting hostile. I am not saying there is a deal just the
potential. Any other reason you state the 15% number as other than
WCII at 12.4% believe Commco was next largest single holder as
CCC sold off bunch before.
