Hotmail is not an online service, it simply provides free e-mail accounts. A lot of them are used by spammers, hackers, etc. etc. Of course, there are legit users as well. Seems like everyone is jumping on the free e-mail bandwagon. As for costing AOL deals in the future, that remains to be proven. S.
