Why should anybody (especially any of the nays) feel obligated to answer your question? You have never listened to anything we have tried to tell you before.....never! As a consequence, you are in the situation that you are apparently in.

But, for the sake of argument, let's say that the answer to your question is yes. Now, can you tell us what this has to do with OVPL/OVIS/RMIL?

I doubt that you have any idea of any potential connection. You have just been trying to stir up some dust.....as usual.
