ALL: Sorry about the extra symbol in the URL. msnbc.com Jim, I had to go back and read that paragraph again. Sure enough I missed the quote from Custer "didn't arrange for enough retailers to demonstrate the service on store floors". I thought the quote was from WebTV themselves during my first reading. How could I miss that!! Thanks
