While that may be true, I don't think that that would be the reason for Bob's retirement. (This is assuming that he indeed announced that he is retiring from the Starship in December - - I still haven't seen any backup for this claim.) Bob says that his model allows him to project about 2 months into the future, at this time. Thus, he can't know what his market outlook will be in December.
