Some stocks actually were hurt by lockup releases or bigger secondaries packed together with some millions of shares sold by the insiders. But I suppose it simply has to do with the quality of the company. DIGX wa a bit hurt by the sale of 10MM, I catched it near the top and it lost $15 but now it is back up to $97. Stock do not necessarily deflate, some only go up a bit more slowly. DITC on the other hand trades nearly at 250% of the price of their 1st release in Sepember. And then, a good part has been shorted out already.
