It is on-line broker's machine, not your ISDN line.

Your ISDN line is at least 64KB/s, and your data from
on-line software is only about a few kilo bytes at most,
so over ISDN line, it takes only a few seconds to send
your order form or any query.

The on-line trading does not need cable modem, as long
as the server from the broker is heavyly loaded, you can
not do anything to enhance it.
