Keystone will be delayed until after the end of Obama's term in office, and his largest contributor is Warren Buffet, who happens to own a railroad upon which much of the oil is hauled in tank cars. It is all about the money, and with no regard for the environment or how many innocent citizens will be killed by tank car derailments in urban areas.
