A word to the wise.

Here are three great recipes I do every day.

1) I peel an orange, lemon or lime and tangerine and put them in a blender. I just use a knife to cut the skin off, not peel per se.

And add one or two stevia packets. No sugar.

Then I add an equal amount of club soda.

It is so good and nutritious. I sip it during the day to get a constant flow of nutrients.

2) I also mix ground turmeric, ginger and a couple tart cheery capsules in a glass of water and sip it during the day for the same reason plus all of this are anti inflammatory.

3) Last I make a green tea in the morning with three tea bags and sip that during the say.

Green tea protects the cells in three ways. It is anti inflammatory, loaded with anti oxidants that neutralize free radicals, and has polyfenols that are known to prevent cancer.

And I sip that during the day.

I do pee a lot-lol!
