I listened to Hillary's victory speech in Ohio a little while ago, and I wanted to make a few comments about it.

First, it was quite a good speech, overall. Second, she delivered it very well. Her timing was good, her voice was well modulated, and she placed emphasis where it belonged.

So good for her.

A couple of quibbles.

She congratulated John McCain on his victories, and for winning the Republican nomination. Yet once again she did not congratulate Barack Obama on his victory. She made no mention of Vermont. She did give a nod to Obama, mostly by way of delivering the message that she's going to continue to fight for the nomination.
