Hello Dennis, nice to hear from you. Remember that meeting way back when in NYC? Things have changed for ULBI, it is well positioned with good ownership, but it will be a slow process for the stock price. Do you have any interest in the stock anymore? They have many new products and a couple of new divisions. It is growing, but slowly and I don't really know why I have held on for so long. There always seemed to be something in the works that held me in. That has resulted in plenty of lost opportunities. But, that is the way of the markets.

You are right, I did remember my password this morning after reading your post on Yahoo and I had full intention to respond to your message. You were one of my favorite posters on ULBI and one of the most informed. Also, I remember that you did well with many of your holdings. I hope that you are still doing well.

I don't follow Valence at all, nothing in common with them. I hope that they recover for the sake of their stockholders. As far as Yahoo is concerned, I will probably drift away as I don't have time to use their cumbersome system, If I were only following ULBI it would be ok, but when reading a message board for a potential new holding, it just takes too much time.

Do you have any suggestions as to the best message board? Investorvillage is also dead. Having a holding in a small company like ULBI is difficult anyway, with mostly institutions holding the stock, there aren't many small shareholders out there discussing the stock.

Again, nice to hear from you and stay in touch.

Bill
