How can you be sure unless you have access to such information?

I guess we will find out how good his access to info is over the next few weeks. Personally I don't mind a few "behind the scenes peeks" when the company itself is unwilling or unable to communicate with its new shareholders.

In an ideal world, CEO's of public companies would follow the example of Keith Anderson CEO of CVIA and communicate openly with investors.
