No, I do not know why the company trades at current level. Somewhat off topic, CBLK, has indicated that it anticipates a NASDAQ listing application in September. Obviously, the financials filed must be accurate, news released accurate, and the stock must trade at a higher level for it to qualify. The following is an announcement today of a company moving off the penny stock board. You may for your own knowledge wish to compare the financials of the two companies to understand the logic in CBLK believing they have a real chance in moving up.
