Michael, thank you for the kind words.

It is no bother answering questions. In fact, we learn from each
other. As it happens, I am not a technical analyst. Historically,
I have been a terrible stock timer. I'm usually pretty good with
the fundamentals, however. Often after a stock purchase, I will
watch the price slide. Like most investors, I conclude that this
stock slide was specifically because of my purchase. Nevertheless,
if the fundamentals are still intact I will usually wait it out
until either the fundamentals fall apart, or until the stock price
appreciates until the stock price is fairly valued.

I cannot give advice whether or not QLTIF is about to break out. I
don't own any shares and so I don't really watch the charts as
closely as I could. I do own PCYC, which seems to be inching
upward. It is my observation that stocks in the same sector
often move together, thus perhaps all of the photodynamic therapy
stocks will move upward together. I hope this is the case, as we
can all benefit.

Let's follow these and see what happens.

Doug
