PSDI is poised to rebound from this level. The stock, in my opinion, is way oversold and way below its weekly and monthly support. If selling continues on HIGH volume, then investors should worry. But in the past two trading days the selling pressure seemed to soften (even with the downgrades by a couple of analysts). I see this as a low risk buying opportunity and would buy the stock at this level with a stop below 12 3/4. Short-term target is 16 1/4 to 17. This is just one person's opinion. Do your own research before investing on a stock. jd
