TURD ALERT on EMRG!! If anyone is looking for a long term short, this is the ultimate. These guys bought a company called cyberstockyards for $542,000 and sold it through the IPO mechanism for $2 billion. That works out to a penny a share on a $49 stock. The only thing holding this one up is the backing of ICGE. I am a cattle feeder by profession and doubt that selling cattle over the internet will ever make an impact. Tiny margins (about 1%) and a product that has no uniformity make this a difficult B2B play. Nice run up ahead of quiet period today makes for a good entry point.
