I didn't, you did. You conveyed Californias real estate market on Florida.

I asked a question.....can FLA be far behind? The conditions that led to the boom bust in CA are similar to those in FLA's boom bust. The only difference between California and Florida is that Californians are more experienced in these things and are reacting faster. Having said that, Europeans and northern investors are moving back into the FLA market. If CA does see YOY price increases by next year, then I predict FLA will see it at least by 2011 if not sooner. After all, greed didn't disappear.....its just on holiday.
