Expropriation of CCB Neighbours
So here's the new expropriation map with St Pierres maple farm and Labelles to be expropriated.

From Neighbours:

Canada Carbon confirms the Miller Project lays on properties whereby no permission was granted by owners and will need to expropriate them

As per the latest drawing supplied by Canada Carbon to CPTAQ, it highlights a maple farm will be removed (destroyed), and 2 properties are directly impacted by the project.

As Lauzier as indicated during CPTAQ public hearings, Canada Carbon will have no choice but expropriate those landowners unless some sort of agreement is reached with them.

So far, these landowners have clearly indicated a firm NO to Canada Carbon, for any form of land access or agreement.
