It is the only answer that makes any sense. Lots of bad stuff about Lyndon Johnson "played in Peoria." He killed 50,000 U.S. soldiers (plus millions of Vietnamese). Why worry over a few dozen sailors, sent illicitly into a war zone to "listen in"?

I'll say it again: The Murderer: Lyndon Johnson (1908-sucked back into Hell, 1973). God rest those poor sailors.
