Have you looked at a monthly chart of the XAU Terry? Notice the MACD, RSI, and momentum divergences between the mid 98 low and the one we are presently making. Looking kind of bullish for the longer term. Dollar also looking as if its about to make a turn down here. Heinz also mentioned last night COT data shows commercials now holding a historically large long position in the metal with a big increase just this last week. May not be a bad time to be way long the yellow stuff.
