That is nothing, Jerry Sanders was taking that much in bonuses only for himself during bad years :-)) You have to reward people for good work plus those numbers are misleading since stock options is not real cash and the value depends on future performance. Those stock option is usually restricted which prevents from adding volatility to the market. But your note remind me one of the Dilbert's cartoons: Imagine the boss is pondering on cost cutting benefits and then he realizes that if cut expenses deep enough he would not have to sell any products to make profit Regards -Albert
